Questions families often ask

Plain answers to help you take the first step. For anything else, a personal conversation is always best.

How do I begin?

Simply reach out by WhatsApp, phone or email. Tell us who you are and how we can help, and a member of our team will guide you through the next steps. You do not need to have any details prepared.

Can I coordinate arrangements from overseas?

Yes, many families contact us from abroad. WhatsApp is often the easiest way to stay in touch across time zones. Speak with us about your situation and we will explain how we can help.

How do I discuss costs?

Costs depend on each family's individual needs and wishes, so we do not publish prices. Costs are discussed privately and personally with our team, so you can understand your options clearly.

Can I ask about cremation or repatriation?

Of course. Please contact us directly to talk about cremation options or repatriation. Every situation is different, so we will listen first and then explain the options and next steps that apply to you.

What if I don't know what I need yet?

That is completely understandable. Many families feel unsure at first. Reach out anyway; we will talk with you gently, at your own pace, and help you understand what may be right for your family.
